Well, first of all, in the the background we can see a lot of persons celebrating with paint. also, in the foregorund we can see two girls putting paint in her faces, because te idea of this celebration is that persons throw paint to the other, and in this case, these two girls that I suppose that are friends, are throwing paint to their friends celebrating.
The title of this picture is " this festival represents the best of our traditions" it refers to a holly celebration of india, that is one of the most important of this country.
India has a lot of important celebrations, because this culture is so religious, so they celebrate a lot of things with a religious significance.
